The Cliff Hotel has spectacular views, and is very near to Swallow Boats. It has a golf course, spa and restaurant. We enjoyed a night there on 28 November when I picked up my BR17 kit. It was a bit dead (2 couples including us) in the restaurant, but the food was acceptable, and we are talking Sunday night, well out of season.

We also stayed for a few days at the Carpenter\\\'s Arms in Llechryd in October. A bit further away, but a good basic B&B with restaurant in the evening. Rooms are larger than you might expect and very clean.

If I couldn\\\'t get a booking at one, I\\\'d happily stay at the other.

There are plenty nice walks around the hills and coast in this area.

It is where we stayed when we came for our test sail. Just beyond Gwbert and absolutley glorious. The breakfast alone will keep you going for the whole day. Beautifaul setting and footpath down to the beach.
