Very sadly parting with our first ever Swallow Boat - designed and built by Matt and Nick back in 2000. (We need the space for a Storm 17!)

The Kittiwake sails well under full rig (mainsail and mizzen) with 1-2 adults in Force 2-3 and remains stable (and dry) in gusts of 3 to 4. Under ‘storm’ rig (jib and mizzen), she is very comfortable in livelier conditions.

The Kittiwake was reviewed in Water Craft magazine No. 24

We have sailed her regularly on the Cleddau estuary  and in sheltered lochs on the West Coast of Scotland (see photos below). She\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s in good condition.
