Swap Shop for Paint and Wood Preservatives
« on: June 23, 2011, 11:39:12 am »

Just recently i read on one of the threads about a member having to buy a litre of Donegal green paint just for a couple of scratches. I to have had to purchase a litre of Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 for Teak and another Litre of Pine to touch up small scratches on my Bayraider woodwork. Any mileage in using suitable containers and part sharing any stock we have between us. I remember buying some wood finish for my Drascombe Dabber from Churchhill Boats and they sent me a small quantity in an empty plastic milk container through the post.

Just a thought
