 		Sandpiper is a 12 ft canoe, designed to be primarily sailed. Lightweight, good to look at and great fun. From the reclined sailing position, the lean bow slicing through the water gives a satisfying feeling of speed and elegance.

The rig is a simple Bermudan sail set on an unusually steeply raked mast giving good windward performance. The mast is unstayed, and part of her secret in carrying a surprisingly large sail is the ability of the mast tip to flex and spill the wind.

 		Storm Petrel was designed as a small family boat for those looking for something a little different. Inspired by the ferociously seaworthy Norwegian faerings, she is a more modern lightweight interpretation of this classic design. Light enough for easy single handed launch and recovery, her easily driven hull form gives sparkling performance with a modest sail area, and generations of Scandinavians can attest to the ease with which such a hull can be rowed. She has an unstayed mast and a simple efficient sail plan that is always easy to control, and very quick to rig. This ease of rigging together with her light weight gets you on the water with minimum hassle, making "impulse sailing" almost a reality.

Her easily handled rig is self tacking and quick to rig
  The Kittiwake is a versatile little boat designed for two people, and able to be carried on a car roof-rack. She only weighs 75 pounds and is essentially the result of stretching our old Little Auk design. The stem and stern posts were also raked a little more, giving her an attractive and elegant hull form. The increased length means that two adults can sail her in comfort, easily able to hold up the 35+15 sq foot of sail area.
