| The First BayRaider is Launched |

The first boat was launched on Monday 12th March 2007. Although there are inevitable niggles that will need to be ironed out we are exceptionally pleased with how she performs. She was hitting 6.5knots with ease across the wind and has a lovely light feel to the helm. At the time of writing we have not tested her with the tanks full as we have only had lightish winds. She has also not yet been capsized tested, or rigged with asymmetric spinnaker. We have still to gather more data on how she sails, and have yet to try her under outboard power, but she really is very quick and agile on the water, while at the same time very stable.
